Diagnosis
Scutellum with raised and strong reticulation, with a median groove in anterior ½ but without lateral mesh-rows; mesoscutum and scutellum with large-meshed reticulation, and metallic bluish.green; forewing with speculum open below and towards base of wing; first gastral tergite smooth and shiny; propodeal callus with three setae.
